Plant Planet Plate is based out of the Green Shoots Foundation AgriTech Centre, located in northwestern Oddar Meanchey Province, Cambodia.
The Centre is an award-winning community learning space designed using eco-friendly techniques where the charity focuses on working with youth on environmental education and regenerative agriculture.
Our approach uses interdisciplinary theories and methods from ethnobotany, food studies, and anthropology. In order to capture individual thoughts, experiences, and perceptions of people about the plants around them, we conducted in-depth interviews and foraging walks.
