Plant Planet Plate Limburg is a plant humanities initiative which highlights the ethnobotanical legacies of plants found in the southern province of Limburg, The Netherlands.
It is an interdisciplinary and inter-faculty effort founded and led by Dr. Ashley Thuthao Keng Dam, Dr. Roy Erkens, and Dr. Aodhán Kelly. It is made possible by a team of enthusiastic and dedicated student researchers and community volunteers
Plant Planet Plate Limburg was created through a Universiteit Maastricht (UM) Sustainability Seed Grant in April 2023.
